Our dedicated team carefully plans each week’s menu to ensure your child receives nutritious, delicious, and age-appropriate meals and snacks. We prioritize fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, making our offerings both wholesome and affordable for families.

Sample Weekly Meal Menu:

MONDAY

  • Morning Snack: Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Pancake (e.g., Banana slices, Papaya cubes)
  • Lunch: Steamed Rice with Dhal Curry (Lentils) & Mixed Vegetable Stir-fry
  • Afternoon Snack: Whole Wheat Biscuits with a glass of Milk

TUESDAY

  • Morning Snack: Vegetable Sticks (e.g., Cucumber, Carrot) with Hummus
  • Lunch: Chicken & Vegetable Noodles (Lightly seasoned)
  • Afternoon Snack: Small Homemade Savoury Muffin

WEDNESDAY

  • Morning Snack: Yogurt (plain) with a sprinkle of Granola
  • Lunch: Rotis (Flatbreads) with Green Gram Curry & Egg Bhurji (Scrambled Egg)
  • Afternoon Snack: Fruit Smoothie (Made with fresh fruit and milk/yogurt)

THURSDAY

  • Morning Snack: Small Rice & Lentil Cake (e.g., Idli)
  • Lunch: Red Rice with Fish Curry (or Soy/Paneer for vegetarians) & Gotukola Sambol
  • Afternoon Snack: Steamed Corn on the Cob

FRIDAY

  • Morning Snack: Fresh Fruit Salad
  • Lunch: Vegetable Fried Rice with Omelette strips
  • Afternoon Snack: Plain Rusk/Toast with a Fruit Spread
